OKNO the Russian Response to American Stealth Satellites

The Soviet response to American Stealth Satellite Weapons was to build OKNO which means "window" in Russian. OKNO is an optical tracking station. This means that OKNO monitors the visible spectrum of light. The stealth satellites are invisible to radar but will still reflect light from the sun. This is one way of tracking these weapons platforms, if it is assumed the satellites do not use optical camouflage.

The fact of the matter is that the suppression of the nuclear air plane has resulted in the deaths of many American soldiers. The nuclear airplane's nearly infinite range means that it did not have to refuel for weeks on end. This means that when providing close in air support that it did not have to leave to refuel. Also search and rescue missions for downed pilots or missing personnel similarly did not have to be called off due to the range limitations of chemical fueled planes. How many soldiers have died because their air support had to refuel? That is an interesting statistic worth finding. 

The Vietnam War was in fact lost because America did not have the Nuclear Airplane.

WHAT IS AREA-51 AND THE NUCLEAR THERMAL ROCKET PROGRAM REALLY?

This program born out of man's fear and hatred for each other is really a sin against science. It has seriously retarded scientific discovery and knowledge. There is a whole solar system that begs to be explored. The technology developed at Nevada Test Site should be being used to increase man's knowledge of the Universe around him. This means having a manned exploration program of the Solar System. How sick is our species that this technology is being put to such malevolent use?

Glomar Explorer was used in the re-core program of the Nuclear Thermal Rocket Program. 

When an NTR is launched from Vandenberg. The upper stage NTR booster would then come back to Earth splashing down. This when Glomar would pick it up for reuse. 

This was when Glomar would pick it up for reuse. 

"The Glomar Explorer, a project of Hughes Aircraft, Global Marine, and Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, was designed for ocean mining. A sort of vacuum cleaner reaches down two or three miles to pick up nodules from the ocean floor. This has been done in test operations under ocean west and southwest of Hawaii. STEALTH NTR POWERED VENTURE STAR IS FLYING OUT OF AREA-51 NOW

The timeline supports this contention. The X-33 was being developed in the late 90's and was cancelled supposedly because American engineers could not build a fuel tank. Project Prometheus and the construction of the new hangar at AREA-51 all line up to show that the US is launching a Stealth-NTR-SSTO.

THE SR-71 WAS ARMED WITH A MEGAWATT LASER

Dr. Russell Targ, who worked for Lockheed Martin in the early 1960's, developed a Megawatt Carbon Dioxide Laser, pictured above, this laser was the armament for the SR-71. This laser at one meter square was considerably more compact than lasers with similar reported wattage.

The Soviet attempt at an SDI system, shot down mid launch by American space based lasers, was also reportedly a one megawatt laser.
