THE 18TH ANNIVERSARY OF 911
So, another 9-11 anniversary has gone by, here are my thoughts:
The attacks of September 11th, 2001 are as much as testament to the ability of a nation state's special forces to bring down a country through an asymmetric attack, as it is to a nation state's ability to cover up that attack with modern communications. The American Ruling Class (ARC) control the nation's communications. And they used their communications system to completely cover up what 911 truly was - a Russian RETALIATORY STRIKE i.e. a Electronic Warfare/Commando Attack that electronically decapitated the POTUS in Air Force One, crashed three out of four electronically hijacked planes into significant American landmarks, destroying the United States Navy's and Defense Intelligence Agency's global operations command centers, the two offices that run America's clandestine operations, parallel to a commando raid that utilized "tactical" nuclear weapons to level the WTC. It is the closest the world has ever come to a full nuclear exchange. The ARC's media covered this all up with a two prong approach by controlling both the narrative and the counter narrative. They put out two lies - 'Bin Laden did it' and the infamous "inside job."

ANALOG INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS.
Given the fact that digital controls can be hacked. It would be prudent for the nation to go back to analog controls. These controls would only be vulnerable to commando raids i.e. from nation state special force's "sleeper cells." Of course there will be no going back because the USA is a corrupt nation. In other words the computer nerds of the tech sector won't let it happen. And let's not forget that the electronic hijacking of the planes on 9-11 was covered up. All an attacker of a technological society has to do, in order to bring the enemy country down, is turn the infrastructure of said society against it. On 9-11 Russia showed the world what hackers and a commando team armed with a few suitcase nuclear weapons can do. Asymmetric attacks conducted by a nation state's special forces can destroy whole countries. It is really amazing just how vulnerable the electronic infrastructure is in America. A simple switch to analog would fortify the nation against these attacks. But, the corrupt nature of this nation will not allow it.

So, the President has Stealth ASPEN command post from which WW3 will be fought. This is the plan for WW-3. 911 has shown the limitations of this strategy. It showed that commando attack can take out the city centers of American cities using tactical nuclear weapons. This attack carried out by proxies would have plausible deniability leaving the attacked nation unable to respond with certainty.

The upgrades to Air Force One and the E4-B's communications systems show that VC-25 was unable to communicate. It had been electronically decapitated. President Bush could not even watch CNN on the day of 911 from Air Force One. And CNN was the government/military's go to organization for news i.e open source intelligence in those days.

The President cannot give the command to retaliate, if he has no idea what is happening. It takes 15 minutes for ICBM's to hit from over the North Pole. It takes submarine launched missiles even less time. The President cannot give the order to retaliate, if he does not know that missiles have been launched and are about to hit the USA. That is the situation we were in during the 911 attacks.
The airliners on 911 were all electronically hijacked. The glass cockpit avionics had been compromised. The threat made against "Angel" the code name for Air Force One shows that it too could have been electronically hijacked that day and flown into significant landmark probably the White House.
There is also a question of whether or not the Russians could have imaged Air Force One using the Russian Woodpecker and taken it out using large nuclear warheads like Czar Bomba. When you look at how the beams crisscross over the US. This seems to be the case. The Woodpecker was the response to American move of putting their command and control into the air using the E-4B'S.

The presidential air transport fleet consists of two specially configured Boeing 747-200B's -- tail numbers 28000 and 29000 -- with the Air Force designation VC-25A. When the president is aboard either aircraft, or any Air Force aircraft, the radio call sign is "Air Force One".
Principal differences between the VC-25A and the standard Boeing 747, other than the number of passengers carried, are the electronic and communications equipment aboard Air Force One, its interior configuration and furnishings, self-contained baggage loader, front and aft air-stairs, and the capability for inflight refueling. The VC-25A is capable of flying half way around the world without refueling and can accommodate more than 70 passengers.
Accommodations for the president include an executive suite consisting of a stateroom (with dressing room, lavatory and shower) and the president's office. A conference/dining room is also available for the president, his family and staff. Other separate accommodations are provided for guests, senior staff, Secret Service and security personnel, and the news media. Two galleys provide up to 100 meals at one sitting. Six passenger lavatories, including disabled access facilities, are provided as well as a rest area and mini-galley for the aircrew. The VC-25A also has a compartment outfitted with medical equipment and supplies for minor medical emergencies.
The first VC-25A -- tail number 28000 -- flew as "Air Force One" on Sept. 6, 1990, when it transported President George Bush to Kansas, Florida and back to Washington, D.C. A second VC-25A, tail number 29000 transported President Bill Clinton and former Presidents Carter and Bush to Israel for the funeral of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. The VC-25A will usher presidential travel into the 21st century, upholding the proud tradition and distinction of being known as "Air Force One".
VC-25 aircraft are extensively modified B-747-200s with the basic airframe technology of the 1960s. The aircraft incorporates state-of-the-art avionics and communications equipment with Stage III compliant engines. Boeing is currently delivering B-747s throughout the world, so the logistics support base appears secure for the foreseeable future. With the continuing march of technology and the prestige attached to the U.S. Presidential airlift fleet, Air Force plans recommend a system review date of 2010. At this point, the aircraft will have been in service 20 years, and commercial operators will have retired their B-747-200s counterparts from front-line service.
These aircraft are flown by the presidential aircrew, maintained by the Presidential Maintenance Branch, and are assigned to Air Mobility Command's 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews Air Force Base, MD.
Air Force One is managed by Tinker Air Force Base personnel from the Contractor Logistics Support Management Directorate. Tinker has managed Air Force One since the airplanes were originally delivered back in 1990. The directorate manages Air Force One's day-to-day issues like supply and logistics support, while at the same time ensuring the aircraft are maintained to Federal Aviation Administration regulatory standards. This support also includes engineering and technical support, production management, modification management, budget management and contracting. Programmed Depot Maintenance [PDM] is also managed by this directorate, but the work is contracted out to Boeing's Wichita, Kan., facility. PDM is performed on one of the two Air Force One aircraft every year. To comply with a recent FAA mandate, one aircraft was updated with a new Fuel Quantity Indicating System. Heavy maintenance, completed on that aircraft in December 2000, included installation of the Global Positioning System and Flight Management Computer System. These systems were added as part of increasing FAA mandates to help make the aircraft more efficient. The second Air Force One aircraft was compliant with the FAA mandate when it rolled out of PDM later in 2001. In the wake of the TWA Flight 800 explosion, the FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board issued an Airworthiness Directive requiring anyone who maintains a 747 install a new FQIS with safety provisions that resulted from the TWA 800 investigation.
In the early 1990s Air Force One was secretly outfitted with a directed infrared countermeasures (DIRCM) system to protect it from a missile attack. According to some reports, the plane can also eject flares to throw heat-seeking missiles off course.
On board Air Force One following the terrorist attacks on 11 September 2001, President Bush was unable to hold a videoconference in flight, adequately monitor news coverage, or receive necessary data from key people on the ground. The President couldn't even watch CNN. Once Bush arrived at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska, StratCom's more advanced equipment put the President in better communication. After September 11, money was immediately allocated to upgrade four Presidential planes at a total cost of less than $50 million.

IT WAS US AND UK THAT SANK RUSSIA'S KURSK SUBMARINE

Strategic submarine "Kursk" that sank in 2000 was sunk by the Americans. This theory discussed in Russia and abroad was once again raised by the Polish Wprost, referring to the information allegedly received from the Russian General Staff officer, "Lt. Col. Andrei." According to the authors, the restraint of the Russians made it possible to avoid a full-scale nuclear war.

The fact that "Kursk" perished as a result of the torpedo explosion was adopted as the official theory in Russia. The report of the Prosecutor General of Russia of 2002 stated that the torpedo was a drill one, and it exploded on its own followed by a detonation of the ammunition.
Almost immediately after the accident a few admirals and officials claimed that "Kursk" was torpedoed by a U.S. submarine stationed in the area of the exercise. Also, some military officials declared that Russian nuclear submarine collided with a foreign submarine.
The first information of any unexpected event that subsequently gets an official legend, as a rule, is the closest to the truth.
The same theory was also developed by French director Jean-Michel Carré in the movie "Kursk": "Submarine in turbid waters," (2005). According to the movie, the Russian submarine was watched by two American submarines "Memphis" and "Toledo." "Toledo" came dangerously close. To prevent an attack of the Russian submarine at "Toledo", "Memphis" allegedly fired Mk-48 torpedo at "Kursk".
According to the Canadian History TV Channel, in the course of surveillance of "Kursk", "Toledo" tried to come closer, but by chance ran into the Russian nuclear submarine that was likely performing a maneuver. The captain of "Memphis", thinking that "Kursk" attacked "Toledo" (presumably receiving an acoustic signal to open the torpedo locks), fired at the Russian submarine.
According to "Lieutenant Colonel Andrei", "small submarine AS-15 (apparently, "Kashalot" (Project 1910) - Ed.) quickly discovered "Kursk" after the accident. However, there was no decision on rescue operations - though, as the source claims, there were divers on board able to operate at depths up to 200 meters. "Kursk" was lying at a depth of 108 meters.
"Kashalots" are among the most secret Russian Navy submarines. To this day, it is unknown whether they obey the Navy command. At least until 1986 (at the time the first submarine of this type was used for three years), they were registered with the GRU.
"We thought that the crew was killed, there was no contact with them," continued lieutenant colonel. "The phone rang, Korabelnikov picked up, listed, turned pale, and murmured:"The U.S. (...) sunk the ship, there will be a war!" Supposedly said Korabelnikov.
Of course, the American side rejected both theories. Against this background, the presence of a British boat "Splendid" in the area was forgotten. In 1986 it encountered a Soviet submarine "Simbirsk" and in 1999 struck at Serbia, and was supposedly scared by "Kursk" surfaced in the Mediterranean.
After the explosion at "Kursk" submarine, it left for repairs at NATO bases.
The presence of two boats in the area of the crash, along with the harmonization of positions on the force majeure between Moscow, Washington and London, as expected, could cause delays in the rescue operation of the Russian sailors.
Interestingly, it was possible to track down the route of the Americans after the incident, but the situation with the British nuclear submarine has not been clarified.
The idea of a possible involvement of "Splendid" in the death of "Kursk" concerns the British. The British "Wikipedia" on the page devoted to this boat, made a very voluminous retreat. It argues that the British submarine had nothing to do with the death of the Russian submarine.
"Although the charges were unfounded, the conspiracy theorists have developed them in different directions for a long time," said "Wikipedia".
Indeed, back in 2000, "Nezavisimaya Gazeta" published an opinion of one of the captain divers, according to which "Splendid" submarine found rest next to "Kursk" on the bottom of the Barents Sea, and was blown up during an operation aimed to raise the Russian submarine. The author suggests that we will soon hear of the death or retirement of this submarine.
In October of 2000, according to BBC, 12 nuclear submarines (including all submarines "Swiftsure") were removed from combat duty because of a leak in the cooling system of a nuclear reactor in a boat of Trafalgar class. It is unknown how many boats later returned to the system.
According to "Jane" catalog, the boat was written off in 2004. Although it was the last and the newest boat of project "Swiftsure" (a total of six), it was the first one to be sent to scraps.
It seems that back in 2003 this boat, according to British sources based solely on two small reports of the BBC, "worked" against targets in Iraq. Incidentally, one of these materials clearly presented an interesting image: a sailor taking pictures of "Jolly Roger" from the clearly crumpled "Splendid."
Another dark and tragic story is connected to the absence or presence of the submarine in the Persian Gulf during the war against Iraq.
In the morning of October 4th, 2003, James Forlong, a former journalist and broadcaster of Sky News, was found dead at his home in East Sussex.
He was dismissed from the news service Sky TV after he prepared a false material on the participation of Splendid submarine in combat in Iraq. Attentive staff of the BBC discovered that Splendid submarine at the time allegedly was at the docks, and Forlong used a video from the archive.
Use of archival shots is usual for television. But this time, Forlong, apparently, was very upset and decided to end his life. He never told why he had prepared a fake video of participation of Splendid in the Iraq war.
