SARS-COV-2 AND BIOWEAPONS

Think about the properties of the novel SARS-COV-2 a chimera virus or gain of function modified [4] [6], up to 15 days incubation period [8], able to survive on surfaces 3 days to 17 days [3],[9], able to withstand high temperatures [12] [14], the bodies of the dead continue to spread contagion [11], resistant to vaccines [13] and spread asymptomatically [7] in an airborne aerosol [1].

The ideal bioweapon is one that is novel (i.e. a disease/virus for which there is no immunity), combination of different viruses (i.e a chimera) or gain of function modified, resistant to vaccines, lives for a long time on surfaces and spread via an aerosol.

Now read this quote [15] describing the ideal bioweapon from Ken Alibek former Soviet Bioweapons designer, who"had been in charge of developing Biopreparat's first vaccine-resistant tularemia bomblet."

conducting molecular biology and genetic engineering research in order to develop antibiotic-resistant and immunosuppressive strains and to create genetically combined strains of two or more viruses

studying peptides with psychogenic or neurogenic effects as possible weapons

transforming non-pathogenic microorganisms and commensals into pathogenic microorganisms

testing all of the facilities considered part of the "mobilization capacity" to verify their readiness.

It is important to note that, in the Soviets' view, the best biological agents were those for which there was no prevention and no cure. For those agents for which vaccines or treatment existed such as plague, which can be treated with antibiotics antibiotic-resistant or immunosuppressive variants were to be developed. This is in sharp contrast to the philosophy of the U.S. program (terminated in 1969 by President Nixon's Executive Order), which stringently protected the safety of its biological weapons researchers by insisting that a vaccine or treatment be available for any agent studied.

Holloway's Commentary
It looks like Putin has struck first with a bioweapon [10]. He was warning about a coming biowar back in 2017. “Do you know that biological material is collected all over the country, from different ethnic groups and people living in different geographical locations of Russia?” Putin said. “But what for? They do do it purposefully and professionally. ... We need to treat it without fear. Let them do it, and we must do what we must [10].”

The war he is waging is economic, biological and psychological. The economic war is being waged in the Repo and Oil markets. The biological war is being waged with SARS-CoV-2. The psychological war is being waged with a disinformation campaign. This could end with the disintegration of the American World Empire.

Elon Musk's Starlink is destabilizing the world order. It will blind OKNO destroying its ability to monitor satellites making Russia more vulnerable to a space based first strike. The Russians are not going to just sit on their hands and do nothing. They are playing the biowarfare card to counter the Pentagon's lunacy.

The main aim of Starlink is to give America the secure communications needed to fight WW3 from the air. This means that American command and control is protected and can destroy the Russians in their bunkers. In other words Elon Musk is giving America the secure communications network needed to coordinate the destruction of Russia in a first strike from Space and protect their airborne command and control.

I wonder if American commanders are going to wake up to the Coronavirus bioweapon attack. Control of space does nothing to truly control what's happening on the ground. I think there is going to be a lot of viral "jumping" from one species to another in the coming years. The American Ruling Class will have to fight WW3 with a destroyed economy.

CONSPIRACY CONJECTURE : IS RUSSIA THE HOME OF A BLACK SWAN?

The Russians have on worked advanced bioweapons for decades.

American and Russian Tensions

1990-the Present

For the last 30 years under the cover of a SDI-ABM shield the United States using Chechen terrorist proxies among others has pursued a divide and conquer foreign policy goal of Russian disintegration. They want to turn Russia into a collection ethnic Bantustans beholden to US power.

Right now America and Russia are engaged in two proxy wars Syria and Ukraine. NATO has been engaging in very provocative military exercises on the borders of Russia. 16 December 2019 Russian General Gerasimov has said of the exercises, “The scenario [of the drills] point that NATO is purposefully training its troops to be engaged in a major military conflict.”

There is also a huge competition to capture the European gas market. The Russians no longer want to pay a hostile Ukraine transfer fees for the Gazprom pipeline running through their country. So, the Russians are building a new pipeline, the Nord Stream 2 to avoid paying the fees. America has been trying to block the Nord Stream 2 pipeline the Russians are building to Europe by sanctioning it.

The Russians have responded to American sanctions on the Nord-Stream Pipeline by crashing the price of oil. This has caused a huge drop in the stock market bankrupting the American fracking industry that produces oil and gas for export.

PUTIN WARNED OF A COMING BIOWAR IN 2017

If COVID-19 is a bioweapon, I conjecture that it is a retaliatory Russian move to America's Space Force, pulling out of various treaties and other provocations. The virus was planted in Wuhan in order to produce a false flag. A few years back, according to David Harvey, Putin asked the Chinese to work with him to crash the American economy. They refused because they need the American market. It looks like it was an offer they could not refuse.

If COVID-19 crashes the American Economy, America might not be able to afford to build the Space Force satellite array and the Americans will be busy trying to keep the economy afloat. It looks like a Great Depression is in store for America. In some sense this could be seen as Russian revenge for the collapse of the USSR, if COVID-19 collapses America.

HISTORICAL NOTES AND MISCELLANEOUS MUSINGS

There is actually quite a history of a Russian-American spook war that has been going on since the collapse of the USSR. The United States sponsored Chechen proxies fought an insurgency and a war of terror in Russia's Caucasus Region. America is also looking to restore their communications capacity to fight WW3 from the air with Elon Musk's new Starlink. (Air Force One's communications were jammed on 911.) Elon Musk has been hired by the Pentagon to strengthen their SDI/ABM and space capabilities.

Addendum:
Three years ago stories began to circulate claiming that the USAF was developing a bioweapon that would specifically target Russians [3]. There are white papers describing the development of race specific bioweapon going back to the early 2000's.

It is also notable that SARS hits in November of 2002, two months after the return of Apollo Twelve to Earth orbit. It could have been a biowarfare attack on global supply chains. And a revenge attack for the Dubrovka Theater hostage crisis.

MERS hits Arabia in 2012 a year into the hostilities in Syria, possibly another failed bioweapon attack. 2012 is also the year that Putin calls for development of new bioweapons in light of the 2002 and 2012 failures.

It is also notable that White House's Office of Global Health Security was an Admiral. The National Security people knew that a biowarfare attack could be cloaked as a breakout.

This is what the Huffington Post said in May of 2018 about the dismissal of Rear Admiral Timothy Ziemer:

“Admiral Ziemer’s departure is deeply alarming, especially when the administration is actively working to cut funds that addressed past pandemics like Ebola,” Rep. Ami Bera (D-Calif.), the vice ranking member of the foreign affairs committee, told HuffPost in a statement. “Expertise like his is critical in avoiding large outbreaks.”

Ron Klain, the former Ebola “czar” under President Barack Obama, told HuffPost the combination of their departures was a blow to global health security.

“Proposing a rescission of Ebola contingency funds on the very day that a new Ebola outbreak is announced is badly misguided; forcing out the two top officials in charge of epidemic response at the White House – Tom Bossert and Tim Ziemer – is even worse,” Klain said. “Doing it all at the same time shows a reckless disregard for the dangers we face.”

The Russians have gone through a societal collapse in the last 30 years. The 1990's were a terrible time for Russia. Because the Russians have a societal memory of a collapse. They stand a better chance of dealing with the inevitable blowback of releasing the viral agent.

THE NUCLEAR AEROSPACE PROGRAM

AREA-51 is the home of America's nuclear aerospace program. World War II had not been over for a year, when on the recommendation of General H.H. Arnold, America embarked on it's quest to develop nuclear propulsion for aerospace applications.

In the last months of the war the U.S. Military head hunted Germany's best scientists. One of them was Eugen Sänger the inventor of the spaceplane known as Silbervogel . Sanger eluded the Americans and ended up living in France. His idea for a spaceplane would be pursued by the Americans led by nuclear rocket scientist Robert Bussard.

Nazi scientist Wernher von Braun, the Peenemunde slave driver, bought his freedom from the American's on the claim that he could deliver them control of the Earth via his rocket program. The nuclear aerospace program was the marriage of Nazi rocket science to America's Manhattan Project. Nuclear Thermal Propulsion is key to making space transportation cheap and reusable.

This document from the LEXINGTON PROJECT shows the planned development arc of the NEPA/ANP programs. The experimental timeline for these programs (nuclear turbojet, nuclear ramjet and nuclear thermal rocket) followed the schedule outlined in the Lexington documents. The experiments for the nuclear turbojet began in the late 40's. The experiments for the nuclear thermal rocket ended in the late 60's. The development arc lasted 20 years.

So first the nuclear Manhattan Project perfected the nuclear turbojet then developed the nuclear ramjet and finally the nuclear thermal rocket. The history of the program definitely followed the arc outlined in the LEXINGTON PROJECT documents. The direct system was perfected in 1951. The indirect system was perfected in the mid-1950's probably by 1956 with the advent of the U-2.

1956 was same year that work on the nuclear ramjet began under Project PLUTO i.e the cover project for the development of the Blackbird. Work on the nuclear rocket began in 1959 and on 26 June 1968 the nuclear rocket program reached the power levels needed to build Robert Bussard's ASPEN.

This document shows that PHOEBUS 2A had reached the power levels needed for the ASPEN. Phoebus is another name for the god Apollo. Which was the name of America's famous lunar landing program. PHOEBUS's 5GW power rating is also significant. A five gigawatt power rating translates to 250,000 pounds of thrust. This is the same amount of thrust produced by the Rocketdyne J-2, we were told was used in the upper stages of the Apollo rockets.

HANGAR 18 AT AREA-51

These photos of AREA-51's hangar 18 and Idaho's Test Area North's 629 hangar show that the American military built a hangar to service nuclear aerospace vehicles at AREA-51.

This slide compares the hangars and the sites of Test Area North to AREA-51. The sites are remarkably similar. They were both built in the high desert away from densely populated areas and the runways were of similar lengths.

This document published in 1957 shows that Kelly Johnson was working on the NEPA/ANP project. He published this paper while he was working on the Blackbird project.

This slide shows the similarities between the J-58 and the nuclear engines being developed parallel to the development of the J-58. Notice the similarities.

Here is a document showing that CESIUM nuclear fission by product was in the exhaust of the J-58. This is evidence that the BLACKBIRD was nuclear powered.

PROJECTS SIGN, GRUDGE, & BLUE BOOK

The USAF investigation office on UFO's was headquartered at Wright Patterson AFB. This was the same base that initially headquartered the NEPA/ANP programs. Many UFO sightings involved radioactivity. And UFO sightings frequently occurred near the factories working on the NEPA/ANP programs. USAF UFO investigators carried geiger counters in their kits. The law of parsimony leads to the conclusion that the radioactive UFO sightings were accidents in the development of NEPA/ANP's nuclear thermal engines.

This sighting happened when the Navy were experimenting with high altitude airships. Airships had reached Mach-10 speeds. Nuclear powered airships appeared at this time.

Five months after this article appeared in the San Diego Union. Kenneth Arnold had his famous UFO sighting.

WAS KOBE BRYANT A VICTIM OF AN IRANIAN CYBER STRIKE?

The readers of this blog know that the digital electronic avionics systems and other industrial controls made by Honeywell et al are compromised. Kobe, his daughter and seven other people who perished on the Sikorsky S-76 were flying in a helicopter that used Honeywell's avionics suite. The helicopter was manufactured in 1991 a period of time when avionics manufacturer Honeywell was targeted by Russian agents according to GRU Col. Lunev [8].

For example - the helicopter has a Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS) [4]. Why did it not work? And the pilot must have been good to be shuttling VIP's. So, what happened? I suspect that the authorities will cover it up and blame the pilot or more nebulously the foggy weather. And, let's not forget that just 12 days earlier a Boeing 777-200 that also utilizes a Honeywell avionics system had an incident involving its engines. And, just three days before that in Tel-Aviv a Boeing 737-800 that also uses Honeywell avionics had an incident involving it's engines occurred.

The chopper had an excellent safety history. The pilot was instrument rated and was flying under SVFR meaning that he was being controlled by the ground. Eyewitnesses on the ground reported hearing engine trouble. If this was a cyber attack, then it was the third attempt at bring down an aircraft by destroying an engine and it succeeded.

This could very well be an Iranian cyber strike on these avionics systems. This is something like what happened on 911 when Boeing planes were electronically hijacked via compromised avionics. The Iranians or others could just be looking for high profile beloved Americans to kill who are soft targets.

This is what we are looking at now. The loss of Bryant is having a similar emotional effect on Americans that the loss of Qasem Soleimani has had on the Iranians. And the attacks also share a nearly identical number of casualties. Ten died in the attack on Soleimani and nine died in the Bryant crash. So, there is parity in terms of casualties and a similar emotional wound has been inflicted on America.

Lastly, this could be Iran sending a message to Trump. Because he too owns the same kind of helicopter. So, there is a psychological warfare aspect this as well. So, the choice of killing Kobe and his daughter at the same time is also a message. Trump and his daughter used to fly on his Sikorsky all the time. In fact Ivanka had an incident on the their helicopter back in 2018.
