Does Tom Malzbender's imaging technique - that allows scientists to view the underlying brush strokes on a painting, have ASW or spy satellite applications? Satellites could use this technique to see under the oceans surface and image things on land. Is Starlink capable of being used for this?

As shown here he has 50 multiple light sources flashing arrayed in a hemisphere the camera then captures the image revealing things that cannot normally be seen. Satellites could be arrayed in the same manner to do the same thing using different parts of the EM spectrum like RADAR or Infrared.

When one looks at the shape of the Iridium constellation. It has the same shape as the light sources used in Tom Malzbender's system. The radio waves of these systems can penetrate sea water and reveal where submarines are.
