THEORY: ON THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY OF KHOBAR TOWERS ANOTHER BUILDING DROPS IN THE CIA VERSUS GRU SPOOK WAR

It appears as though another building has dropped in the CIA vs GRU spook war.Now it's America's turn to brainwash their citizens into believing a lie covering it all up. Witnesses reported hearing an explosion. The Florida Apartment building collapse looks exactly what happened to apartments that were bombed in Russia by the CIA. The GRU is returning the favor. The MO is the same as well. The Russian Apartment bombings happened late night or early morning. The Florida apartment collapse happened in the early hours. 

It is also notable that in the Khobar Towers case that most of the victims were from the PJ unit of the 45th Space Wing. So, I conjecture that Dudayev was brought back to Florida homebase of the 45th Space Wing and was living in the building under an assumed identity. The Russian hacked Florida databases in 2018. They might have found Dudayev by running his face through a facial recognition program [1]. 

This could be like WTC-93, OKC-95 and 911 another advanced mini-nuke situation as well. Or a commando team put C4 or similar explosive on the right columns and brought down the building. A mini-nuke would explain the fires and the talk of a sinkhole.

The heat of the nuke creates a crater. This crater gets explained away as a sinkhole.
